Hosting a Brunch? Make quiche!

Over the weekend, we hosted an engagement brunch at our house for some very close friends. It was a potluck, which is the best way to host a party and not take on too much work. Brunch is my favorite meal of all time and this one was a success.

Growing up my dad always made quiche for parties, dinner or breakfast. So, I decided for this week’s recipe to call my dad. You can customize the recipe however you want, but the basic ingredients are

4-5 eggs (depending on size of pan)

1 cup of milk

Spices like salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 and cook 45-1hr

My dad uses a blender, but I don’t have one so I hand mixed it. He suggested mushroom and Swiss cheese. I made two different quiche

The 1st: smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, and goat cheese.

The 2nd: bacon, broccoli, white cheddar.

They came out perfect! Everyone gobbled them up fast! Such an easy dish to bring to a potluck for brunch or dinner. You can come up with your own combinations! Let me know your combination of ingredients!
